Members of the Thai community and their supporters held a three-part solidarity action which began in Sydney on September 19 as another huge democracy protest gathered in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand.

The Sydney action was just one of 19 solidarity events held around the world that day.

The action began at Sydney Town Hall, went on to Chinatown and ended in Darling Harbour.
