Why

Due to the lottery of birth, some people live in the richer with less than a quarter of the world’s population but 80% of its wealth. Meanwhile 80% of humanity lives in countries with only 20% of the world's income to share between them.

Any less industrialised country that seeks to challenge this world order faces economic sanctions, interference, destabilization and ultimately invasion. This forum examine why it so important for socialists in a wealthy country like Australia to build support for the struggles of the people in the Global South.
