You’ll hear from inspiring First Nations leaders about what this moment means to them, and how it can build towards big, transformative change that makes our country better.
You’ll learn about some of the incredible work already happening around First Nations justice – things like progressing Treaty in Victoria, protecting Country and standing up against big fossil fuel expansion. Bringing together passionate people from right across the country who care about protecting our environment, it will be a respectful space to listen, ask questions and learn together.

SPEAKERS:
Amy Gordon: Amy is a Gooreng Gooreng woman, and First Nations Justice and Referendum Director at GetUp. Amy has spent the last 15 years working on climate and First Nations Justice.
Djaran Murray-Jackson: Djaran is a proud Dja Dja Wurrung, Wamba Wamba, Yorta Yorta, Dhudhuroa, Waywurru, Barapa Barapa, Wergaia and Wiradjuri man. In mid-2023, Djaran was chosen to represent the Dja Dja Wurrung Clans on the First Peoples’ Assembly of Victoria.
Tatum Moore: Tatum is a proud Wiradjuri, Yorta Yorta, Barkindji-Gurnu & Kunja Yinna woman. She is Chief Executive Officer for the Dhubu-Gu Local Aboriginal Land Council and the Dubbo for YES 23 Volunteer Coordinator.
Talicia Minniecon: Talicia is a proud descendant of the Kabi Kabi and Gooreng Gooreng Nations, is an Australian South Sea Islander from Ambrym Island, Vanuatu and is a proud Zenadth Kes woman from the Maluligal & Kemer Kemer Meriam Nations from her father. She is a proud descendant from Hanuabada Village, Papua New Guinea from her mother.
She is a Co-Founder of the Kgira Kgarum First Nations Homeschool Co-Op where she homeschools her 3 children, she is the creator & founder of TTPOPP – Tidda Talz Creates Progress over Perfection Pieces which is her First Nations & Pacifika art, jewellery & fashion brand, she is a community organiser for the Yes 23 Cairns Team and is a member of the Our Islands Our Home Ailan Power Movement.
