The 2-4pm weekly protest for Palestine, each Saturday, is growing each week. More than 500 people lined both sides of Macquarie Street outside the Town Hall to protest Israel’s war on Gaza on October 28.

The protests are being organised by Friends of Palestine Tasmania.

A stream of bus drivers, taxi drivers, truck drivers and motorists honked their horns in support of an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
