Santos are close to drilling 850 gas wells in the spectacular Pilliga forest, on Gomeroi land. The Gomeroi have completely rejected this proposal. Gomeroi people have stood strong for years against Santos’ destructive Narrabri Gas project
Members of the Gomeroi community of Coonabarabran invite you to join this event supported by Unions NSW. Will you stand with us against Santos and its destruction of land, culture and climate, when we rally in Coonabarabran and then make our way - via protest stops in the Pilliga - to Narrabri on Saturday 12th August?

- 09:30 - Rally at Neilson Park, Coonabarabran
- 10:30 - Depart Coonabarabran for a mobile protest with stops in the Pilliga
- 14:00 - Park and gather at the car park behind the visitors information centre, Narrabri
- 15:00 - March to Santos Office, Narrabri

The Unions NSW Pilliga Campaign Committee will be coordinating activities for the evening of Saturday the 12th of August for those wishing to spend the evening in the region. Everyone who registers their attendance will receive more information when plans are finalised.
