Why

No Fire Zone is a devastating investigation into the terrible crimes against humanity which took place during the final 138 days of the 26-year long Sri Lankan civil war.

Made by multi-award winning director Callum Macrae, No Fire Zone is already something of an international phenomenon and is credited with playing a key role in convincing the UN to launch an international inquiry into the events it records.

Described as “beautifully crafted and heart wrenching” by the Pulitzer Center for Crisis Reporting in Washington, No Fire Zone has been shown to critical acclaim at Film Festivals around the world and has been the recipient of numerous awards including nomination for an International Emmy for best documentary in 2014.

Please be aware that there are distressing images throughout the film.
