Join us to make some noise at the opening night of the 2024 Tour Down Under to send the clear message: "Love bikes - hate fossil fuel sportswashing. Dump Santos from the TDU!"
We, as people of good conscience, cannot allow our government to enable a fossil fuel company to buy social consent for climate destruction.
This action is open to everyone concerned about the climate crisis and the attempts of fossil fuel industry to improve its public image through sportswashing (greenwashing of sporting events).
Meet us on the lawns out the front of St Francis Xavier’s Cathedral for a briefing before we move off. Bring placards, 'Dump Santos' t-shirts if you have one (we'll have some spare), and most importantly, noise makers (drums, whistles, pots/pans, cowbells etc.)!

The brand of gas companies, particularly Santos is on the nose. Now is the time to put the pressure on and force the government to cut ties with the fossil fuel industry.
