Colombians (especially the young) are not alone in demanding change. Peru has a new leftist President (under attack from the far right), and Chile has ousted its political elite, with decisive victories for leftist and independent candidates. Is this part of a South American “Spring”, or just an historical pendulum swing? Speakers
