Wangan and Jagalingou senior cultural custodian Adrian Burragubba is demanding that the government respect their rights.

More than 100 people took part in a “Tour de Carmichael”, a 105-kilometre cycle for Country through sacred Wangan and Jagalingou land to Adani’s coal mine site, reports Kerry Smith

Galilee Blockade activists showed their support for the Wangan and Jagalingou Traditional Owners who evicted coal corporation Adani from their land in central Queensland, reports Coral Wynter.

The Federal Court reserved its decision on May 28 and adjourned so parties can consider a complex administrative issue that could mean that an appeal by Wangan and Jagalingou Family Council (W&J) against Adani could be thrown out.
