Presentation: Green carbon. Our forests & climate change.

Presenter: Peter Campbell. Peter has been a forest protection campaigner for 25 years. Forests store and remove carbon. Native forests, like those of the Mullum Mullum Valley, have an abundance of plant and animal species and are wonderful to visit. They also store large amounts of 'green carbon' in wood, vegetation, detritus and their soils. We have a great opportunity to protect our native forests to preserve their natural qualities and the carbon they store.
