Public meeting: Coal Seam Gas Mining. What are the impacts and how should the industry be regulated?

Coal seam gas (CSG) extraction, which has been the subject of recent controversy in Queensland and NSW, is on its way to Victoria. The seminar will explain how the process works and what the environmental impacts are. It will also look at the Queensland experience, to provide a basis for discussing how CSG developments should proceed in Victoria.
