"Should Team Autralia Be Disqualified?' was the theme of a comedy debate held as a fundraiser for Green Left Weekly in Sydney on October 17.

MCed by Tony Abbott himself (or at least by talented Abbott impersonator Jonas Holt), the debate featured Michael Hing (Triple J, ABC's Good Game), Kirsty Mac (fresh from a well-reviewed show at the Edinburgh festival), Alice Fraser, Shayne Hunter and Green Left Weekly's Carlo Sands. Kevin Rudd (Nathan Lentern) also joined the line-up to double the ex-PM quota for the night.
