Room T114, Victoria University Footscray Park Campus, Ballarat Road, Footscray. Speakers: Richard Di Natale (Greens senator); Gavin Jennings (state Labour shadow minister ); Margarita Windisch (Socialist Alliance); Fiona Patten (Sex Party); Matt Riley (HEMP Party); Greg Chipp (Drug Law Reform Party); Greg Denham (Yarra Drug & Health Forum). There will be a Q & A at the end of the evening.
