Australian composer George Dreyfus is perhaps most famous for his score for the television show Rush in the 1970s. His operas include Rathenau, Die Marx Sisters and The Takeover. In 2011 he published the book Brush Off! about his struggles with Opera Australia to get his opera Gilt-Edged Kid performed. At this special Underground Talk, George will not only speak about the book and his life in music, but also perform live with his musician son Jonathan.
