Public meeting: Beyond Kobani. War, terrorism & revolution in the Middle East

Wednesday, December 3, 6:30pm. The siege of Kobani, now in its third month, has captured the imagination of the world, as the defenders have held off the murderous 'Islamic State'. This public meeting will look at the social revolution taking place in Kobani and Rojava (the Kurdish-majority liberated area of northern Syria). It will also call for removing the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), a longstanding liberation organisation, from Australia's 'terror list'.
