Colombians and their supporters displayed their solidarity with the mass protest movement that has erupted in Colombia, in Sydney’s Centennial Park on November 24.

A National Strike called by trade unions on November 21 became one of the biggest mobilisations in Colombia's recent history as student, environmentalist, human rights and women's groups, among others, joined together to reject the neoliberal policies of President Ivan Duque's government.

Duque responded by unleashing a campaign of state terror. In turn, unions and protest groups have continued to mobilise, with another National Strike organised on November 25.

The protest action was organised by United for Colombia.
