A protest to mark 30 years since the Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody released its findings mobilised about 1000 people in Perth on April 15.

It was organised by the First Nations Deaths in Custody Watch Committee.

Since the release of its findings in 1991, none of the commission's 339 recommendations have been implemented and more than 470 First Nations people have died in police custody.
