No ADI development at St Marys!

SYDNEY — Around 150 people gathered outside NSW Parliament House on February 17 to oppose the development of the Australian Defence Industries site at St Marys in Sydney's west. The protesters listened to a wide range of speakers, including Lee Rhiannon and Ian Cohen of the Greens, Kevin Dwyer, a former mayor of Penrith, Arthur Chesterfield-Evans from the Australian Democrats, anti-nuclear campaigner Genevieve Rankin, Gail Lord from the Democratic Socialist Party and John McKusker from the Communist Party, before marching to the department of urban affairs office.
