For two and a half years, Ark Tribe and his family have struggled under the threat of imprisonment. Ark is facing six months in jail, charged with not attending an interview with the Australian Building and Construction Commission (ABCC).
On Wednesday 3 November 2010 at 9:30 am, the magistrate will deliver his verdict at Adelaide Magistrates Court.

This is it, we are at the final straw, after more than a year of fighting. There will finally be a decision. We finally find out if Ark is found guilty or not. One thing is for sure: that we will stand with Ark no matter what. So join me, Ark and the rest of the union movement to show our full support for Ark.
