We condemn all acts of terrorism, whether state sanctioned or the actions of individuals or small groups, as indefensible. Today's tragic events show us that the current strategies in the War on Terror are not effective and do not promote peace. Situations like this call for cool heads and a careful re-assessment of the reactions and short and long-term strategies to global affairs.
