There are many ways you can play a part in the Green Left Weekly project, and you don't have to be a professional journalist or photographer to contribute to the pages of the best independent, progressive newspaper in the country.
Are you involved in a community environmental campaign, or a struggle for better wages and conditions in the workplace? Have you been researching the effects of pollutants in our air, water or food?
If so, tell the readers of Green Left Weekly what you discover, or how your campaign is going, including interesting debates about strategies and tactics. Updates on actions and relevant information are vital to fill the gaps that result from our limited resources.
Perhaps you are making a trip overseas. Keep an eye out for any issues that may interest our readers, and don't forget to take your camera with you. Many of our news stories and interviews are done by Green Left supporters lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time for on-the-spot reporting.
We don't have the resources to have writers stationed in all parts of the globe, but with a network of interested and observant contributors, Green Left Weekly has been able to maintain a coverage of international events second to none in Australia.
