Boycott Eurovision on Nakba

Palestinian solidarity activists rallied in Sydney on May 11, commemorating Nakba and calling for justice for Palestine. Nakba refers to 1948 when more than 700,000 Palestinains were forced out of their homes by Israel and have never been able to return.

This year Israel is hosting Eurovision on Nakba day. Activists in Australia have been calling on SBS to boycott televining Eurovision and for musicians to pull out of the song contest.
