The Cartel: Oil And The US Government — George W. Bush's administration has always had a close affiliation to America's oil and energy industry. This German documentary maintains that Bush owes his position to contacts with powerful members of these industries and it's now "payback" time. SBS, Tuesday, July 1, 8.30pm.
