This forum by Grand Mothers Against Removals (GMAR) will discuss the experiences of the ongoing Stolen Generations – hearing directly from those who were stolen as children, with special guest speakers who spent time in the notorious Kinchela Boys Home. Some of these uncles are now fighting to have their grandchildren remain in the care of their families. Other speakers from GMAR Sydney will also share their struggles to have children returned.

Discussion also around the wash-up of the NSW elections and the Resistance National Conference.

While the wealthy nations are continuing to stall, there is a growing fightback with resistance from the Global South, especially the ALBA countries (Bolivia, Cuba, Venezuela, Ecuador, Nicaragua).
