Geelong Pride March is on again!

Hosted by Geelong Rainbow Inc, Geelong Pride March is in its third year celebrating diversity and inclusion for the LGBTIQ community of Geelong and surrounding areas.

The march assembly area will be at Johnstone Park, Geelong at 10:30am on Sunday the 9th of February 2020.
The march starts at 11.30am sharp, marching Loud and Proud through Geelong's CBD.

Geelong Women Unionists Network are hosting a forum on Gendered Violence at Geelong Trades Hall. Women's and Equality organizers from Victorian Trades Hall will be presenting the important work they have been doing with researching and identifying Gendered Violence and it's impacts, and the OHS implications of Gendered Violence

The third annual Geelong Rainbow Festival Fair Day is just around the corner and have we got a fun filled day for you!

Since our first fair day in 2018, our sleepy hollow has come alive with rainbows everywhere. The magnificent LGBTIQ community, their family, friends and allies, local businesses and organisations have shown the most incredible support for this festival and we are incredibly grateful.

So this year we are stepping it up a notch!

The Baillieu government has cut TAFE to its core in the process removing access to working Victorians to more than 50 courses in the Ballarat region alone. These cuts are not isolated across the state rural community's face a shortage of opportunities for vocational education. Lets join together on the 24th of May and send a loud message to this government that TAFE is important and that it needs to be funded appropriately.
