Mulivaikal is the name of the village in the Tamil part of Sri Lanka, where the worst massacres of civilians took place, in the closing days of the Sri Lankan civil war in 2009. All welcome to participate in this multifaith commemoration.

“TRAPPED” is a 2016 film about struggles against TRAP (Targeted Regulations of Abortion Providers) laws. These laws are medically unnecessary and designed to undermine abortion rights. This event will feature a screening of and discussion about TRAPPED and updates on abortion rights campaigning in Queensland.
