Of thorns

To hide the colours

Of the helplessness

Of the thorns

The tears

Of the sky

The raindrops

Wears the dress

Of the rainbows

To hide the hurt

Of the tears

Of the sky

The poor

Wear the dress

Of hunger

To reflect

The colours

Of the harsh realities

Of the global economies

Where the poor

Are slaves

To their hunger

Where the rich

Exploit

The poor's hunger

Where the economies

Produce the colours

In every nation of hunger

The night wears

The dress

Of the darkness

To hide the colours

Of the emptiness

Of the night

And

The emptiness

Of the daylight

The empty colours

Of the realities

of the sunlight
