Green Left Weekly #637 incorrectly reported that the Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby and Aids Council of NSW had wanted to invite ALP leader Kim Beazley and PM John Howard to address the August 13 "Relationship equality" rally in Sydney. In fact, the GLRL and ACON had objected to these invitations being issued.
