Indonesian report banned
The Indonesian government has banned a report by a leading human rights group on the trial of rebels in the northern Sumatran province of Aceh.
The report by the Legal Aid Institute (LBH) was banned on June 16 because it would shake public confidence in the government, according to an official quoted by Reuters.
The Free Aceh Movement has been fighting for independence for several years. There have been numerous reports of atrocities by Indonesian troops trying to suppress the rebellion.

By now we all know that the rich get richer under capitalism. But many are astounded at the incredible pace this takes place.
"Without Green Left Weekly, freedom of press and public truth-telling in Australia would be gravely ill."
