Spotlight targeted
BRISBANE — The rotten individual contract that fabric retailer Spotlight is trying to "persuade" its employees to sign has so enraged people that protests are being held outside Spotlight stores around the country. In Brisbane, 60 people protested outside each of the Spotlight stores in Mt Gravatt and Everton Park on June 8.
Further protests are targeting Spotlight stores in Geelong on June 12, Frankston (Melbourne) on June 17 at 10am, Port Adelaide on June 17 at 10am, and Newcastle on June 22, 2.30-6pm.

By now we all know that the rich get richer under capitalism. But many are astounded at the incredible pace this takes place.
"Without Green Left Weekly, freedom of press and public truth-telling in Australia would be gravely ill."
