SOUTH AFRICA: Protest opposes pre-paid water

Hundreds of people came together on November 16 to protest the installation of pre-paid water metres in Soweto and other townships. The protest was organised by a Coalition that included Anti-Privatisation Forum, Independent Baptists, Jubilee and the Coalition Against Water Privatisations.
