Against war and capitalist Europe

Up to 200,000 people protested in Madrid on May 19, the culmination
of a weekend of protests outside the EU-Latin American and Caribbean summit,
which included 50 government leaders. Protesters marched with banners reading
�Against war and the Europe of capitalism� and �No to the exploitation
of Latin America� and carried Cuban and Palestinian flags. Slogans such
as�Another world is possible� were chanted as demonstrators marched. The
protests were organised by the Transatlantic Social Forum.
