Paying for the Past — An inside view of the world's largest class action enacted against many of Germany's most prestigious companies for using slave labour during the second world war. Nazi Germany did force these companies, they were willing participants, even instigators, in a plan to literally work millions of unpaid, unwilling and appallingly treated concentration camp prisoners to death. Their manufacturing operations were clustered around the camps for convenience. SBS, Tuesday, April 17, 8.30pm.
