Since then the country has fought a war in Chechyna, seen a soaring rise in crime and experienced economic bust. The filmmaker revisit some of the people that featured in the first series. A Sea of Hands — One of the most significant and visually arresting symbols of reconciliation has been the construction of the Sea of Hands around Australia. In this moving documentary, 70 white Australians took 120,000 of these life-sized hands to Uluru, Alice Springs, Darwin and Broome to construct the huge shimmering sculptures.
