Kosova or Kosovo?

It is not unusual to see both spellings for the name of the Serbian-ruled province inhabited by a majority Albanian-speaking population. The spelling "Kosovo" is Serbian; "Kosova" is used by Albanian-speakers. Green Left Weekly has decided that it is appropriate to adopt the usage of the majority of Kosova's population.
