I work the phones, where the raw stuff's on tap,
a million soap operas bottled and trapped,
and think how apart from boosting the ratings of
radio personalities,
this is quite the best line for the developing poet,
about how the press and politicians also profit from
this negatively geared growth industry.
nothing is wasted, this is all good human compost,
redundancy isn't real, this is merely a
redeployment of energies.
now there's a slant to help cheer away
that baked bean meal.
