The term Forgotten Australian includes any child who was in care outside of their family home. Forgotten Australians are gathering to demand a Royal Commission into the sexual abuse, emotional and criminal assault and torture of children in church- and government-run homes, orphanages and foster care in Victoria. A redress scheme must be implemented by the state government. 12pm. Old GPO, Bourke St Mall, City.
