On June 12, Zely Ariane from the Indonesian People’s Democratic Party thanked contributors to Action in Solidarity with Asia and the Pacific’s People Power Fighting Fund, for raising $3900 towards her participation in the Australia-Venezuela solidarity brigade and the World Festival of Democratic Youth in Caracas.

Ariane said that the Institute of Global Justice in Indonesia has also made donations to fund a book about Venezuela and its president Hugo Chavez, to be prepared through her visit.
