Around 35 high-school students, mainly from one high school, met outside a public library in Causarina and went on a vibrant, loud and fast paced march to the only university in Darwin chanting ``Howard, Tony, USA — how many kids did you kill today.’‘ They were greeted by 50 tertiary students outside the library at NT University.

Shortly after another group of 20 high school students from another school joined, who said that while they missed the march they staged their own. Speakers included the student newspaper editor, a Socialist Alliance speaker and a fine art student against war who displayed her works. Brianna Pike from Books not Bombs chaired the speak-out. A number of high school students addressed the rally, with made up chants and contributions.
