Refugee embassy launched


21 August 2002
LISMORE — Twenty people attended the launch of a hunger strike and outdoor “refugee embassy” on August 16, organised by the Refugee Action Collective. The hunger strike will culminate in a public meeting with Howard Glen of Australians for Just Refugee Programs on August 25 and a rally to mark Tampa Day on August 26.
