The Betrayal -- During World War II, Ron Jeffrey, a young New Zealand soldier, risked his life for the Polish underground, even impersonating Gestapo officers. Jeffrey went to London with valuable information about the Nazis, but this was rejected by the British. He was returned to New Zealand to peel potatoes and clean toilets in a labour camp.
