Call of duty

Justice, freedom and the American way
Kevin Weber, a parolee convicted of breaking into a restaurant and stealing four chocolate chip cookies, has been sentenced to 26 years imprisonment under California's "three strikes" law. The law requires a sentence of 25 years to life for the third felony. Weber says he was drunk and does not remember committing this crime. --
