When the Wind Blows -- Author and illustrator Raymond Brigg's devastating tale about an innocent elderly couple who, in the event of a nuclear holocaust, stick patiently and pathetically to all the advised precautions has been adapted to radio. The child-like hopefulness and naivety of the old couple in the face of certain doom moves the listener. ABC Classic FM, Tuesday, October 24, 8pm.
