A Portrait of Boy George -- The rise and fall of Boy George, complete with soulful voice, well-cultivated image and openness about his sexuality is the story behind this week's Masterpiece. This profile focuses on the end of 1993, at a time when he was preparing his comeback. However, it also gives an insight into Boy George's past, including his discovery of being gay and his time in the squats of London. SBS, 8.30pm, Monday, June 27.
The Cutting Edge: Presumed Guilty -- With examples such as the Birmingham Six and the Guildford Four, Michael Mansfield takes a critical look into the British legal system. This program, originally scheduled for June 7, was reviewed in the June 1 Green Left Weekly. SBS, 8.30pm, Tuesday, June 28.
People and Places: Manyu Wanna -- This new 10-part series has been described as an Aboriginal Sesame Street. Its regular features include magic, music and stories; it aims to preserve the traditions, culture and language of the Warlpiri people. SBS, 6pm, Friday, July 1.
