Tim Petherbridge (pictured), an independent Senate candidate in Victoria, is one of the founders of the Canticle Bakery in Croydon. The bakery is housed in a building designed to be environmentally friendly and aesthetically attractive, and the baking is done with chemical- and pesticide-free ingredients. Petherbridge says he is standing “to represent the many people in despair at the compromise of honesty and integrity and lack of vision of the two main parties”.
